We are currently seeking a mature individual to fulfill the duties of Business Manager. This individual is a key part of our management team, effectively managing the communications into and out of our
organization.

Key responsibilities include:

- Management and control of rental contracts and program registrations
- Ongoing communication with prospective guests
- Overseeing the work of the Bookkeeper and Office Assistant
- Assist with development and distribution of marketing material
- Establishing and maintaining external relations and communications with donors and guests
- Maintaining the office in a state that is clean, functional and stocked
Successful candidates will have:
- A servant heart and passion for serving the Lord
- Excellent written and verbal communication and people skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint...etc.)
- Self-directed time management skills
- Administrative Experience

Compensation for this role includes food and accommodations provided on-site, as well as a monthly
stipend. All of our staff members raise their own support to cover the remainder of their salary. Starting
date for this position is March 1st, but we are willing to wait for the right candidate.
