Located in Beaverton ON, Fair Havens Ministries is a Christian, non-profit organization which is comprised of a Summer Conference, Retreat Centre, Outdoor Christian Education Centre, and Youth Discipleship program

Fair Havens Ministries is committed to providing guests with life changing experiences. Our Retreat Centre is one of the primary avenues to provide these experiences. As a GROUP RETREAT SALES ASSOCIATE your objective is to manage all rental retreat inquiries and bookings in order to maximize available facility rental under the guidance of the Executive Director... and with the assistance of the Admin. Ass't, Katie Kehler.

As GROUP RETREAT SALES ASSOCIATE your responsibilities will include:
 To handle bookings and inquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner in order
to ensure maximum potential use of Fair Havens facilities and services.
 To maintain accurate and complete records of all confirmed and potential bookings.
 To develop a complete understanding of the different facilities, services, activities and
equipment available for group rental retreats.
 Update and maintain filing system for current and past years.
 Occasionally lead weekly meeting relaying guest needs to key staff members.
 Occasionally serve guests as a retreat host, welcoming and addressing all concerns.
 To main accurate records of deposits, payments, and charges for all groups and guests.
Other Clerical and Administrative duties include:
 Answer incoming calls and direct calls to the appropriate department
 Greet guests in a professional and courteous manner at the front desk.
 Assist in the registration of summer conference guests as required
 Assist in maintain general cleanliness of the office as required
Applicants should have the following qualifications/qualities:
 Secondary School Diploma Required
 Post-Secondary Education in the Business field is a definite asset
 Training in sales or office administration is an asset
 Proficiency in Computer Software applications such as Microsoft Word or Excel
 A proven history of Customer Service experience
