Each summer we hire Front Desk and Office Team Members to serve our Christian Summer Family Camp guests.

Responsibilities include:
- Serving guests and customers at the front desk;
- Creating reservations;
- Accepting payments;
- Filing;
- Answering phones;
- General office duties.

The successful candidate should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (namely, Microsoft Word), and should be professional and courteous whether communicating with guests in person, on the phone, or via email.

Past administrative, clerical, or customer service experience is an asset, but we are willing to train.

Fair Havens Ministries hires the majority of our summer staff through our Stepping Stones Discipleship Program, which includes training, programming/special events, and onsite room and board. We do occasionally hire local summer staff outside of the Stepping Stones Program, but room and board is not guaranteed for these exceptions.
