Roseau River Bible Camp, is seeking to fill a full time permanent Programs Director position. RRBC’s mission is to honor God by evangelizing and discipling children, youth and adults using Biblical truths in our camping and conference programs. In alignment with this purpose, the Programs Director is in nature an outreach role with a goal of reaching children and youth with the Gospel and training leaders for future ministry, committed to building the Kingdom of God.

It is also a great platform for those wanting to get into ministry for the first time or seasoned missionaries who are forward thinkers and like developing new ideas.
The purpose of this position is to oversee the Camp Ministry Leadership team in serving summer staff and volunteers as they minister to children, young people, and adults in a manner that provides the finest possible platform for the proclamation of the Gospel and the discipleship of participants. The Programs Director will establish and nurture a positive camp culture for all missionaries, volunteers, and guests. They will direct, train, and nurture seasonal camp missionaries and volunteers to maximize effectiveness. Other duties include communication, marketing, promotion, support raising and donor development. This role requires flexibility in work hours. 
Spiritual Qualifications:
- Truly born again (1 Peter 1:23) 
-Spiritually mature and growing (Philippians 3:10-16) 
-Be of sound Christian character (1 Thessalonians 2:10-12) 
-In good standing with the Church, the body of Christ. 
-Called to this ministry. 
-Experienced in Christian ministry to people of all ages.
