Primary Objective: The Assistant Cook's primary objective is to provide a fantastic IAWAH experience to guests through the channel of food service. This objective is met by assisting the food service coordinator in planning, ordering, preparing, serving and cleaning-up food. The Assistant cook oversees the kitchen staff and ensures safe kitchen procedures are followed, at times they are the primary cook in the kitchen leading a shift of 1-5 workers.

Secondary Objective: Assist with guest service duties such as cleaning, building preparation, or facilities work during slower food-service times
