Objective
Having spent most of my life serving, training and discipling young adults in the context of camp
ministry, I would like to initiate one more position or program at a Christian camp, with the intent
to train up someone to take it over within five years.

Experience

September 2013 – August 2019
Director of Auxano | Camp Imadene | Mesachie Lake, BC
Developed and led the Auxano gap-year discipleship program, including scheduling,
arrangements, facilitation, mentoring and teaching.

September 2003 – May 2012
Kaleo/CIT Leader | Camp Qwanoes | Crofton, BC
Developed and led the Briercrest Kaleo leadership program and Qwanoes CIT training program,
including scheduling, arrangements, facilitation, mentoring and teaching.

May 1996 – August 2003
Staffing Coordinator/CIT Leader | Camp Qwanoes | Crofton, BC
Developed and led the Qwanoes CIT training program and hired 200+ full-summer staff, including
management of applications, references and visas, and the training, scheduling and care of staff.

September 1987 – May 1996
Youth Pastor | Southside Baptist Church | Port Coquitlam, BC
Pastored and led programs for junior high, senior high and college students and coordinated
various children’s programs.
