Snider Mountain Ranch CO-Director - Collaborative Team Player and Servant Leader

Are you a passionate, collaborative leader with a heart for youth and a vision to minister to children and teens? Snider Mountain Ranch, a children's summer camp and retreat center in central New Brunswick, is seeking a motivated Co-Director to join our team and help us fulfill our mission of providing a growth opportunity for children in a loving, Christ-centered environment.

As a Co-Director, you will work closely with the existing directorial team, year-round and summer staff to provide leadership and direction to camp operations, ensuring proper camp administration, hosting rental groups, and planning for the approaching summer camp season. You will also supervise, review, and support year-round staff and manage the facility while collaborating with the Board of Directors, owners, and primary donors to fulfill the mission as God directs.

We are looking for a candidate who has experience leading teams, managing, coaching, and mentoring staff, and who possesses a faith-based leadership style that is collaborative, humble, empowering, and positive. As a Collaborative Team Player with Servant Leadership Skills, you will work closely with our team to create a positive team dynamic and culture while providing excellent growth opportunities for the children we serve.

Successful candidates would exhibit some or all of the following:

A passion for youth and a vision for ministry with children and teens
Post-secondary education in fields such as Bachelor of Education, Bible College, BBA, or related areas
Experience leading, managing, coaching, and mentoring teams
A faith-based leadership style that is collaborative, humble, empowering, and positive
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Financial management and budgeting experience
Horse management

Basic computer skills and a current police and vulnerable sector background check are also required.

The compensation package has a starting salary range of $45,000-$50,000, commensurate with experience, and includes housing, full Blue Cross health coverage, and two (2) weeks of paid vacation.
