DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be a positive role model for younger staff and campers by striving to exemplify the qualities above. As
Core Summer Staff, provide mature leadership to other Summer Staff through role specific
responsibilities
 Be at Camp for the May Long Weekend to receive training and serve the retreat group
 Responsible to prepare dining hall and clean dishes for all meals according to Dining Hall
Hosting *Binder*(digital copy available upon request)
 Responsible to lead/train the Dining Hall teams each week
 Attend all staff meetings
 Maintain proper personal hygiene at all times while working in the kitchen.
 Assists Facilities team in garbage removal, cardboard and floor mopping.
 Encouraged to attend chapels and firesides when possible
 Keep yourself and others accountable to the camp policies & procedures
 Reports to the Food Service Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
 Preferred age is 20 years or older
 Past experience serving as a volunteer
