A righty tighty, lefty loosy type of person! Can follow directions and work with minimal supervision, has an aptitude for fixing stuff and isn’t afraid to work hard in any type of weather.

This position involves keeping the facility and property in top shape by following established preventative maintenance schedules and systems. It makes sure things are fixed when broken and works with a team to accomplish this. It will also involve working closely with and assisting the Properties Manager with building projects, major equipment and facility breakdowns.
