Operations Staff, Frontier Lodge, Nordegg, AB (Posted 11/20/23)

Our team is currently in need of full-time, Operation Staff members. These staff will work closely with the rest of the team to carry out many of the behind the scenes and inner working tasks at Frontier. The traditional roles and responsibilities are detailed on the next page but are subject to change based on the needs of the organization, future growth and abilities/interests of each Operational Staff Member.

This position is ideally suited for someone who likes to work collaboratively and enjoys multiple facets of work life. One day could consist of working completely in a labor type role in an outside environment and the next, indoors in the kitchen or on an indoor site tasks. The position therefore, requires a high level of flexibility and willingness to serve the vision of Frontier from many areas.
