The Program Director role is a year round position starting in March/April 2023. The Program Director will work directly with the Executive and Assistant Directors in planning, preparing, supervising and executing the various aspects of our camp ministry and programs. The primary responsibilities will be in the areas of Programming, Development and Administration. This position is fulltime during the summer and part-time during the year (ideal for a university student) or could be extended to a full-time year
round position with additional off season duties which could include maintenance work, rental group hosting or other duties depending on the skills of the applicant and the needs of the camp.
