Joy Bible Camp is currently seeking a skilled Site and Facilities Manager.

Job Title: Site & Facilities Manager
Reports to: Executive Operations and Development Director
Department and work location: Site & Facilities, Joy Bible Camp, Bancroft, Ontario
Roles Supervised: Interns, summer staff, work staff and volunteers
Terms: Salaried, Full-Time, Permanent, Seven-day flexible work-week
Remuneration: Bi-weekly salary (To be discussed) and medical benefits package.

Outline and scope:
The applicant must have a high level of proficiency and credentials to maintain the physical property, including the buildings, facilities, water purification, developed and undeveloped grounds, waterways and forest areas. The applicant must have competency as a handyman and commit to making all site features and assets efficient, maintained, beautiful, and safe by maintaining professional standards of maintenance, repair and upkeep. The role is hands-on, working daily within the site and facility operations developing and following short, medium and long-term goals. Qualities that include time management, self-starter, diligence, attention to detail, ability to accurately assess problems, budget oversight, and appropriate prioritizing work are essential. Joy Bible Camp is seeking a partner who sees the organization as a ministry and its missional activities expressed through conferencing and camping activities. Joy Bible Camp is a Christian Conference and Camping centre operated to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ and support guests as they discover God’s grace and love leading to a “lives changed … Forever!” experience.
