Works to ensure that guests are provided with outstanding dining experiences: hot, fresh, delicious and well-presented food combined with SWEET (Service With Excellence Every Time) guest service.
Maintain food quality and appearance as per MBC Guest Food Service Standards including fresh baking, salad bar, soups, main buffet and staff meals.
Oversee all areas of ordering, preparation, cooking and serving.
Ensure the kitchen is operated in a safest possible manner; comply with requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Policy by being aware of responsibilities.
Hours of Work
40-44 hours per week.
Physically demanding, heavy lifting involved, weekend work would be required.
